Seasonal and Long Term Rentals

You may apply for a seasonal site in the RV park.  All seasonal and long term (a month or more) tenants must pass tenancy with the tenancy committee (currently assigned by the Board of Directors to the Executive Committee of the Board). The annual fee of $1,795 is itemized below:

General Seasonal RV Park Fee	$1418. per season
Back Bay Rebuilding Notes	$126 per season
Roads, Trees, Sewers, & Capital Improvements	$180 per season
Director's Reserve for unanticipated situations	$71 per season
Total Seasonal RV Park Fee:	$1,795 per season
